The Orbbec Gemini 335 is a high-performance binocular 3D camera from the Gemini 330 series, launched on April 29, 2024. Designed for indoor and outdoor intelligent robot vision applications, it features active + passive stereo vision and Orbbec’s proprietary MX6800 ASIC chip, enabling stable output of high-precision depth data in challenging environments such as bright light, low light, and weak texture conditions.
Core Specifications & Features
Key Advantages
The Gemini 335 combines active projection and passive binocular vision, ensuring stable imaging even on low-texture surfaces, glass, and semi-transparent objects. The proprietary MX6800 chip performs depth computation and sensor synchronization directly within the camera, significantly reducing host computational load and latency. With a diagonal FOV exceeding 100° and a maximum measurement distance of over 10m, it is ideal for AMR navigation, robotic arm grasping, and drone obstacle avoidance.
